Questions
Before you get in touch
Practical answers about contacting us.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Your first conversation with us is free, confidential and carries no obligation. We will tell you whether we think you have a claim and how it could be funded.
Do I need an appointment to visit the office?
Please call first so a lawyer is free to see you. Most claims can be handled entirely by phone, email, post and video call, so you do not need to travel.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Roughly when and where the accident or exposure happened, who you think was responsible, and any injury or symptoms. For hearing loss claims, a list of past employers and dates helps. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything: we can help find it.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day. If your claim may be close to the three-year time limit, please call us on 0141 488 8541 rather than waiting.
